Salustiana ( Sally ) Lopez Deliz Oberle born in Isabela, Puerto Rico on June 5 , 1938. Her family ancestry origin was France originally and were members of the Royal Court. When the Military took over the Monarch they escaped being killed by leaving in the dark of the night to Spain and be welcomed. They retain their status until Spain Monarchy was over thrown by Military and sleeked home in a Spanish Territory Puerto Rico that became a territory of America. They retained status yet not titles and were the one of the most beloved family's in her birth place even today centuries later. She is survived by her first born son Dr. Jeffery Liang , her loving second husband of 59 years, Edward J Oberle Jr. and their strong love and commitment to each other . Their three children, Edward J Oberle III aka Dodi, Sinda Maria Duff and her children Scotty , Samantha ,Jimmy and Christiana and her sons , Her youngest Daughter Maria Luisa Oberle Del Valle and he husband Jesus and their two girls, Lindsey and Krystal.

Our Mother was born into this world and lived a life of traveling and enjoying life and shared her generosity with all and taught her children to act in a righteousness and to bring light and positive energy into the lives of many and never to judge anyone without waking in their shoes .

Her husband of 59 years Edward j Oberle Jr ., son of Edward J Oberle Sr, a pioneer and legend in Broadcasting owner of the only broadcasting and sound engineers and the only Privately owned Radio Station in America's Top Market playing top 40. He was the first to buy a FM License he passed just 4 years ago living over 100 and Mildred Duffy of the Duffy Oil and Coal Company based in Union City NJ , and later was sold to Standard Oil .Deceased at 99 years of age .

Our mother was a princess always to us her surviving children all for of us and we were blessed that she brought us all into this world. She taught us how to become successful following all our independent directions for success.

Unconditional love always in her unique way, always what do you want people to think of you when they here your name. She made especially us proud of our roots at a time Spaniards were not a unwanted minority in Florida in the area we lived.

Her favorite past times were spent traveling and sharing time with her grandchildren and taking them to Disney World and Traveling with my Father while he was President of the Union CWA representing the AT&T for 25 years and retired at 50 to enjoy their life together after the children had gone their way . She loved a casino and always one and if you can call shopping a sport she was a professional.

It's a passion that was passed on in our family, we never went without anything and had plenty to share and closets of clothes that could never close . I have a wardrobe myself using a guest room and 5 residences all fully stocked with as much as a boutique. Her closets always contained designer names with tags still on so she could shop from her closet for any occasion.

She is survived by her siblings Elsa Lopez , John , Lucho and Ralph all residing in her birth town; cousin, Angie and Manuel Martinez; cousin, Ruby Waldi and her husband of 59 Years Edward J Oberle Jr and her four children Jeffrey , Edward, Sinda Maria and Maria Luisa; her 8 grandchildren .

Flowers are appreciated yet not necessary plant a tree somewhere in her honor.

We were blessed by her grace and status and just you thinking of her is more than enough. Our ancestors provided everything for us with the blessing of God and providing his abundance . No monetary gifts or flowers are requested please pay it forward and say a Prayer for Salustiana ( Sally ) she is now in Heaven waiting to welcome us all .
